• 1992 : Initiated by the Kanodia Family. The concept is to produce & export premium quality surgical blades in Europe.
• 1994 : Production started.
• 1995 : Major sales from Europe & India.
• 1996 : Started OEM business in North America.
• 1998 : ISO9001 certification by DNV, Norway
• 1999 : EN46002, EC certification by DNV, Norway
• 2004 : ISO13485 certified, & become India's No.1 skin graft blade manufacturer
• 2007 : Started Syringe manufacturing at Haridwar plant for India Market but later in 2013 converted into Respiratory care medical devices manufacturing like Oxygen mask, Nebulizer etc.
• 2009 : Distribution network developed in 65 countries worldwide.
• 2012 : Expanded Blade manufacturing Capacity by acquiring another local blade manufacturer in India.
• 2013 : Launched Respiratory Care medical devices.
• 2014 : New manufacturing plant of Foley Catheter installed, with world class State-of-the-art manufacturing facility setup.
• 2015 : Double Blade manufacturing Capacity and today position as the largest blade manufacturing company of India
• 2018 : Started manufacturing of Urine Bags
• 2020 : Launched manufacturing of Endotracheal Tube to serve India during COVID 19
